You could make a separate addon which has all packs combined into one addon, for dedicated servers (or even anyone who wants everything).

well when there's more parts it makes it easier for somone to unsubscripe to it if they dislike a prop texture in the addon.

Why not have everything contained in a single addon? It's a lot more efficient for mounting that way (Faster to mount one, large addon than many, tiny addons).
