i have no clue of what it is happening, all i can give you is that verify your cache or make sure your garry's mod is up to date, or just make sure that you have all the exact required items and restart garry's mod when you downloaded them, sometimes it doesn't work when you only install them without restarting after completion

you can simply spawn her from the subcribed section of dupes, and the reason why because most people prefer ragdolls over npcs for a reason, you can pose everything they can do while npcs only follow attack n' stuff

just subscribe to this item and find it in dupes > subscribed and it should be there for you to spawn in.
