If you open your good old BF3 DVD case, you should find a ME3 beta paper. You can see this bad guy on it. However, thanks for the upload!

It worked for me the first day I had it then the next day the section "NikouT's Npcs" didn't have these npc's.

Hold on, guys. Gonna update it to make it workable as playermodel and add a little surprise.

It doesn't work for everyone because of the problem with "playermodel setting" in-game. But you still can spawn NPC though.
