you have to use shift+e to have rotation snap, collision grid addon to see if it is centered or just pay attention to the model and the vehicle to center it as best you can (i did both)

the way to make it drivable is get a vehicle (preferably one of sligwolf's tron like vehicles) and the model, disable collisions for the model, place the model perfectly along the center line of the vehicle, weld the model to the vehicle, use the color tool's transparency indicator to make the vehicle transparent, dupe it if you want, enjoy ;)

just use the model manipulator on an s bike turn the wheel invincible and there you have a drivable one

Actually, SligWolf created a vehicle park. It includes a light grid for use with his Tron-Styled Vehicles. (X-11 & X-13)

Are you able to make a jet wall with it? If so, does it make you turn at a 90 degree angle on a dime, like in the movie? o.o
