Has anyone thought about making a pair of boots for the Demoman that are similar to the Soldier's gunboats? So you can sticky jump at reduced self-damage and still have your real sticky launcher instead of the jumper? I would develop something like that myself, but I can't draw or render worth toodles.

Beauty. Agreed with the other commenter on how a Sticky or Grenade Launcher styled on a Musket would be perfect for this set.

Now all that's left... A Musket.. that shoots stickies.. perhaps they would look like those cartoon black bombs with a fuse... and spikes around the center band. And Perhaps... a Tabard with the appropriate decorations, to replace the demoman bomb armor.
