Stats:

-25% Swing speed.

+45% Damage.

Due to the lack of tech, the Engineer muat build Mini Teleporters, that destroy themselves after 5 uses, and teleport players at the speed of a level 2 teleporter.

Building stats:

All:

Build 25% Slower.

-10% Health.

Sentry:

+25% Damage.(Shoots arrows.)

Dispenser:

-10% Healing radius.

Heals damage over time.

I agree that just making it a resin of the eureka effect would be good enough. The pose seems to imply that it would just be a eureka effect reskin anyway.

This looks like a weapon that would give you more damage, health and knockback but maybe setting up and repairing buildings would be a bit slower

Alt-Fire: Does a powerful smash that does mini-crits, swing lasts 3 seconds, cooldown 25 seconds

Cons
-15 attack speed
-10 speed when active

Here's my idea for the stats:
+ 25% damage to players.
+ 50% dmage to enemy buildings.
- 15% building speed.
-30% repair speed.
It'd be a wrench more for beating than building in my book. What do you think?

Love/Death its the TF2 community let em talk about stats if they want leave them be.

20- Max hp
Cannot pick up health kits
Cannot be healed by medic
on taunt/Left click User granted for 20 seconds:(each time you activate it makes you vulnerable to bullet,fire,blast,Melee damge by 10%)
Crits on melee weapon only
Bleed for 5 seconds (Bleed effect can stack)
Defense bonus (Like the battalions backup)
faster move speed (baby face blaster move speed)
after 20 seconds all buildings are disabled for 10 seconds and cannot use melee weapon

allows you to build un-upgradable autocrossbows that fires crusaders crossbow arrows minus the healing.
-can not be wrangled.
This sentry can be built in medeival mode.
