Good job.
1. Very intelligent puzzle.
2. Solution is not readily apparent.
3. Laser/cube configurations are excellently designed. Thank god the laser targets have some leeway built in =).
Cons:
1. Once I'd acquired the reflector cube, I'm not sure if the way I used it was intended. I tossed it up on the ledge by the emancipation grid, and was able to slide it sideways and place it on the button there. If I was correct, then I'm not sure that I like that this was the method to solve it.

I recorded my gameplay (valve DEM file format): Download [dl.dropboxusercontent.com]. Comments inside video.
Some of your levels stretched the rules of physics more than I liked, but this one "played fair" -- as long as the player knows that Chell doesn't actually grab things with her hand, but rather, grabs them with the electrical field at the end of her gun.
I hope my feedback on your levels has been helpful.
If you get a chance, can you take a look at my first level? East-West Hopscotch It's a little boxy, but fun / clever. (No crazy timing puzzles, nowhere to get trapped, etc.)
Thanks.
