That's a great hat and definitely worth basing a set on. I can't wait to see what you come up with! I also really like Rigbone's idea of making the hat and a sword so that soldier can equip them too for great duels (hopefully it won't end up as a reskin of the zato though).

A foil/sword, boots and a musket themed grenade launcher is definitly on the way. I'm currently working on it and it will be uploaded in the next days.

A Musket themed sticky launcher would just about be one of the most hilarious things I've seen in a while. Not that the Musketeers used muskets much, that I remember... or at all.. but they didn't use shield's either. I can't stop thinking about an oversize foil that lets the Demoman attack really fast... like the Brass Knuckles, almost. Of course, a Foil could be duel purposed too. Make sure the soldier can hold it, like the Half-Zatochi... and make him a Zorro themed look. Then we do another War update and face them off!

Yes, the feathers are team colored and should also be the only paintable part. I think that works the best

Love it. Makes me wonder, though... are we going to see a ridiculous two-handed foil? Some fancy french adventure boots? Perhaps some crazy Musket-style sticky launcher? What doors does this hat open?
