interesting concept, but the design doesn't really fit in with TF2's artstyle. It looks more like something you'd find in a Metroid game or solid snake than in TF2. I think the cold color scheme plays a major part in this. TF2 has a warmer color scheme, making this look very out of place. Try using greys and tans over blues. Look at the color map provided by the TF team.

I'm more curious of that gunslinger reskin holding it, can't seem to find it anywhere else, the only thing close is your Rocket Wrist, which looks drastically different.

As cool as a Halloween-themed PDA sounds, this one seems a little over complicated. It feels like it belongs in an entirely different game instead of TF2.

This weapon should goes to the Secondary loadout slot:

+Detects cloaked enemy spies
-Cannot move while deployed and after a short period of time
-25% slower deploy time
-25% slower weapon switch when deployed
