Further tweaks to the costume, and the Sickle added to her moves.

More costume/appearance changes, and Vodka for Breakfast is more accurate as well. Logic and moveset filled out.

Moveset and Parameters are there, I only did a bit of work with the CPU though. Skills could also use some looking over. I am new to Fire Pro.
