- Trinket Set buff stealing effect chance reduced from 50% to 33%.

Balance changes:

- Arcane Fervor and Esoteric Barrier abilities no longer have a per battle limit.
- Arcane Fervor and Esoteric Barrier group buffs last 4/5/6/7/8 rounds.
- Illusionary Slash debuff now lasts 3 rounds instead of 2.
- Phantasmal Pistol debuff now lasts 3 rounds instead of lasting until the end of combat.
- Delusional Exertion debuff now lasts 3 rounds instead of lasting until end of combat.

Note:
This change needed to happen because of the COM changes the Enigma was quite useless. It's basically the same thing now except it has a limited duration which is extended as you level skills up.
