Began updating to 1.11.1 (localisations, strategic regions, state infrastructure)

Added Battleship tech to Mexico to stop a crash
Altered some Mexican ship names

Vehicle manufacturers now give bonuses for new Amphibious and Armoured Car equipment

Lowered restrictions on being a Major country (min 35 factories -> 16; 70% of average factory count -> 30%)
Removed some DLC decisions and on_actions
Altered whether some NFs are available after capitulation (adds wargoals, changes diplomacy or adds factories = no, otherwise usually yes)

Changed mod thumbnail from jpg to png

Changed May Day from random event to startup event

Updated the mod to 1.10

Fixed some naval bomber 2d tech graphics being broken
