Democratic China now has the Qing dragon on their flag (and the characters "peace and national reconstruction" from the historic puppet state's flag). They can change to the plain Five Races Under One Union flag by taking the Cultural Revolution focus.

Expanded the military focus tree, now there are a few decisions that can be made to alter what your armed forces looks like. The NFs have cumulative effects on the idea.

Added several generic High Command advisors and changed the artillery advisor to boost artillery equipment instead of artillery divisions (which no one actually uses)
Russia can now remove Rasputin by embracing the Black Hundreds and appointing a rival cabinet minister
Added French and Spanish releasables (Aragon, Catalonia, Occitania, Savoy, Brittany, Burgundy and Normandy)

Russia starts with an Incompetent Stavka and Rasputin, the Black Monk. These can be dealt with in various ways.
Altered Russian starting strength (2 fewer civ factories, more infantry equipment, most motorised and tank divisions removed)
Switching ideology through election altered so competing non-ruling parties need to beat one another as well as the ruling party (eg, in a monarchy with 20 support, a radical faction on 30 support will not steal the victory from an ultranationalist party on 50 support)
