Round RTV Value

- Added support for murder game mode. Only a small update, on round end people still need to close the endscreen to see the votescreen behind.

RockTheVote is now added - Type !rtv into the chat to vote.
If you have ULX on youre server you can use !resetrtv to reset the vote

I add a button to hide the mapvote window. After hide it you can show it again with !mapvoteshow
