Lots of small bug fixes.

Ejector seat script now only works when the planes speed is above 50 km/h.

Increesed the planes acceleration form 150 to 165.

Added soundfly to the AGM-114 hellfire.

Added getin\getout sounds to the plane.

Tweaked the planes elevator controls sensitivity. It should handle much better now.

Fixed a major issue with the planes landing gear physX simulation which would cause it to exploade.

Changed simulation = airplaneX to simulation = airplane.
