Re-written to support Dawnguard properly (i.e. it is no longer dependent on the correct load order). Added support for Hearthfire and Real Wildlife (as requested by yruapitra over on the nexus). Fixed glitch caused by Bethesda's optimising of the container menus - the newer faster menus were causing the container to open before the transfer had finished.

Upped maximum count of each ingredient to 4000 (as some people like to hoard). Added support for Dawnguard ingredients (as requested by dropzone).
