+ Reworked the AI.
+ Added the ability for the Friendly and MetroCop NPC to throw grenades.
+ MetroCop NPC does an idle anmation.
+ MetroCop NPC now does a melee attack. ( He doesn't do the melee attack if he has a stunstick however )
+ MetroCop NPC patrols around if he has an smg. ( Pistols don't error out for some reason when they wander with them. )

+ Fixed the MetroCop NPC since the update broke him.

+ Made the NPC with MetroPolice Animations have 100 Health now.
