-First attempt to fix the mod for the new farming code.
- Added a Farming book with all recipes from the magazines.

-Added Wheat as a new crop type.
-Added a few items to vehicle loot spawns.
-Added new recipe magazines and book.
-Players can now use beets to make sugar.
-Players can now use corn to make corn flour.
-Fixed crops not using their first growth sprite.
