4.8.14

Major changes:
- Delayed elven planetary nebula creation on galaxy map for better compatibility.
- Elven system initializers now use hyperlane_jumps for spawning neighbor systems instead of distance. This will spawn crucial neighbor systems much more consistently, especially when starting in less dense parts of the galaxy.
- Moon Elven namelist changes: phased out last names in English; language tweaks for consistency.
- Sunless Realms origin gameplay tweaks:
-- Sunless Realms black holes and system center will now not emit light.
-- Tweaked numerical values of modifiers, planet sizes and available districts. Sunless Realms planets should now be easier to develop and have higher district caps.
-- Ice Spires and Malevolent Groves no longer provide scalable jobs. They now give flat research.
-- Renamed Polydora system, since Polydora is from Greek mythology and not related to elves in any way. It has persisted in EoS since around 2017 for no apparent reason.
-- Removed "Benign Weather" modifier from Sunless Realms neighbor habitable planet. Replaced it with "Cold" modifier that reduces habitability by 20%. This modifier is actually a boon to species with Permafrost Preference as they now have a triggered 40% habitability bonus for planets with a "Cold" modifier, resulting in 50% effective habitability (up from 40% with "Benign Weather"). Added some guaranteed food deposits to this planet.

Minor changes:
- Fixed tile art for custom EoS planets that became cropped after one of Stellaris updates.
- Minor UI art tweaks.
- Custom faction names will now assign properly.

Fixes:
- Relics now have effects again.
- Fixed ordinals in some namelists
- Changed appropriate origins to use ideal_design_class instead of ideal_planet_class for mod compatibility.

- Fixed the hangar bays going batty... or rather avian on defense platforms!
- Removed Toxoid poisons in hair products so elves have glorious locks again.

- Oh and... added elf Hyper Relays! :-)

Gameplay:

- Updated for Stellaris 3.4!
- Reduced harshness of some planetary features.

Lhuren:
- Celestial Favor level 4 and 5 now add +100 to peaceful subjugation acceptance.
- Celestial Favor no longer reduces pop Amenities useage.
- Celestial Favor now provides unity bonuses and empire stability at lower levels.

Graphical:

- Flag resolutions doubles to get rid of a serious case of the jaggies.
- A couple new flags added.
- Moon Elf "star background" replaced with a newer one that isn't quite so jarring.
- Elf droppods are now a thing.

- Oh and minor note.... added in Elf Juggernauts. :-D

Minor Changes:

- All prescripted empires now make use of localisation entries.

- Fixed the elven trait to prevent a bunch of xeno's from taking it and thinking they're elves. :-D

- Updated for Stellaris 3.3.1!
- Changed administrator jobs to the much more useless politician job. :-)
- Flaming Pearl now adds 50 to the Edict Fund.
- Celestial Grace icon no longer blurry.
- Increased homeworld size to at least 20 for most origins.
- Reduced negative district nerfs on several of our features in effort to not make every single origin the challenging origin. :-D
