Corrected the Train Stations: there are now 4 uniquely-named stations.
Added a table object for the rules, including a page with house rules.
Changed the poker chips into tokens of the money included with the game.

Update (27/04/17) Corrected graphical error on cards.

Previous template had left white areas at each corner.
