Update 0.3

Settings are now saved to savegame file. This means you can have an asset saved with different settings depending on the city.

If you prefer to have assets share settings globally, disable the Use Savegame Data checkbox.

When you load a city, the mod will now update buildings to correct settings you set last session. So things with flatten terrain turned off shouldn't appear with it on anymore.

Added m_fullGravel toggle;
Added m_fullPavement Toggle;
Added options for default mode on selecting buildings;
Added placement mode keyboard shortcut options;
