Fixed minor bugs.
Added "REMOVE ENCUMBRANCE" item. This is admin only and will remove 50 points of encumbrance each time it is equipped. This will not be gained back when removed and is intended for fixing issues where the encumbrance was not removed by the normal backpacks.

Removed accidental changed to FunCombat_PlayerController Blueprint which was desperately out of date.
Updated ItemTable to newest Dev Version.

Removed unnessessary file changes made during testing for other items.
