Fixed: ACE changed their item inheritance hierarchy, which broke the mod. I've now updated it with the new CBA-based hierarchy.

Fixed - Apparently the whistle could only be heard from 100 meters! this should now be the correct 1600

Whistle is supposed to be "clearly heard" at 1600 m, thus it still needs to have volume at this range, as it is now the sound level is virtually zero at 1600 meters. Distance of sound doubled to 3200 meters (Experimental)
