Fury Swipes Boss
Guy was far too hard. Deals half damage now.
* Reduce damage per stack from 300 to 150

Drow Ranger
Her aura often granted upwards of 350 dmg to her team, which is far
higher than it should be.
* Trueshot damage from "20 26 32 38 50 100" to "20 26 32 38 47 59"

OD
Q is a % based ability. Those shouldn't scale as much as others since
they scale naturally.
* Arcane Orb mana pool damage percent from "6 7 8 9 11 19" to "6 7 8 9 10 11"

Force Staff
Reduced Cooldown and made it show up in the tooltip.
* Change cooldown from "20.0 18.0 16.0 14.0 12.0" to "20.0 17.5 15.0 12.5 10.0"
* Fix tooltip to show each level's cooldown, as opposed to just the current level

Lotus Orb
* Change bonus armor from "10 13 17 22 29" to "10 17.5 25 32.5 40"

Lucience
Previously building a Lucience didn't require an upgrade core 1. It now
does.

Siege Mode
Part of Siege Mode design was always to reduce AS. So we have introduced
that. The item before this nerf was super strong, should be
significantly weaker now. Will require testing if it's too weak.
* Add 150 attack speed penalty while active

Covfefe
Removed Desolator from Covfefe upgrade path. This is a massive buff so I
reduced it's damage to avoid making it overpowered. The item was super
expensive, now it isn't anymore. I'll be baffled if it still doesn't see
play.
* Change bonus damage from "200 350" to "150 250"
* Remove desolator from recipe requirements

Urn of Shadows
Trying to turn what is usually only an early game support item into a
viable late game tool. Mostly an experiment.
* Bonus all stats from "2 4 7 11 16" to "2 20 40 60 80"
* Bonus armor from "2 3 4 5 6" to "2 6 10 14 20"
* Initial charges from "2" to "2 3 4 5 6"
* Heal amount from "400 600 960 1440 2080" to "400 800 1600 2400 4800"
* Damage from "150 250 400 550 750" to "150 300 600 1200 1800"
