Dragon Knight
Dragon Knight recent had his level 4 ultimate added, it makes him have
a chance to become his dragon form when he attacks, struggling between
human and dragon form. "rage duration" refers to this mechanic
Changed to more closely reflect the design. DK should be shifting in and
out of the form, currently he basically gets permanent form at level 4.
* Elder Dragon Form rage duration from "5.0" to "2.0"

Greater Phase Boots
Currently too strong, especially in combination with Battlefury. Weaker
now.
* Splinter attack percent from "50" to "30"

Drums
* Fixed recipe costs

Battlefury
Reduced cleave aoe. Item was a bit too common for my taste.
* Cleave percent damage from "40 50 60 70 80" to "40 45 50 55 65"

Diffusal Blade
Nerfed Diffusal, Buffed AM. Diffusal invalided anything that needs Mana
and can't invest 3 items into having it.
* Bonus agility from "25 35 55 80 120 180" to "25 35 55 80 120 160"
* Mana Burn from "50 50 75 100 150 225" to "50 50 60 80 100 120"

Stoneskin
Significantly reduced Stoneskins cost, it should be a viable option now.
* Removed the need for armlet to create this item

Rapier
* Readd to game, item cost is 50k and requires a tier 3 and 4 core. Deals 2500 damage.
