Added license plate texture and 8 alternate bodygroups to switch between, only one version is complete right now.

Added new sound effects, they still need tome improvement. Also you can now exit from the passenger door at any time and I have animated the exhaust to vibrate, I still need to find a way to turn the animation off when the car isn't running though.

Added entry and exit animations, another slight change to the collision model, added animated speedometer and tach (W.I.P)
