Update 1.1:

-Added a book to Whiterun giving a refresher to how the gems are crafted. If there's any interest shown in the books dialogue, then perhaps a questline could be added in the future?

Update 1:

The legendary Star of Azura has been discovered by the Dragonborn, but there is a problem, the star is broken. The Dragonborn must take on a quest to repair the star, only then will he have the knowlege to construct an artifact of such immense power with his own hands.

-The Dragonborn must complete the Azura's Star questline before they can craft Azura's Star / The Black Star.

Hotfix 2:

-Added a cover image. Better one to come!

Hotfix 1:

-Fixed an incorrect crafting recipe for Black Star.
--Was: 8 Black Soul Gems ~ Now: 8 Black Soul Gems, 1 Azura's Star.
