Fixed c_arms to work better with Robotnik's TFA sweps.

Optimized her texture. Before it was oversized to about 5k but really her texture is about 2k. This should help performance.

Changed NPC icons.

Fixed EVERYTHING. NPC animations added, view model added, jiggle bones added, and body groups for hair and beanie added.

Switched to male animations so her shoulders won't be broken anymore. As it turns out, she really is a big girl.

Changed name in model slection from Helga to CSO2_Helga for convenience when being used with other CSO2 models.

Attempted to fix the NPC animations, still nothing.

Removed broken animations again, added NPC
