Found and fixed small bug that prevented items from working and allowing Arma 3 to launch.

Completely rebuilt faction utilizing VME & RHSAFRF units. Completely removed all aspects of Massi units.

Still not spawning extra ammo mags and gear when used with ALiVE.

Bad piece of code...wrong bracket at the end.

Updated and switched around a few items to attempt to get the bug fixed with the troops not showing gear items when spawned in via ALiVE.

Fixed: PLA soldiers were not carrying ammunition for more than one magazine regardless of what weapon type they were using.

Updated Transport units by removing 2 troops from Typhoon Transports due to having too many troops assigned to the vehicles.
