Added default Earthlike weather
Fixed some coastlines (India, Bangladesh, China, Libya, Provence, Liguria)
Removed some lakes (Central Asia, Transamur)
Added Rio de la Plata, Niger & Congo rivers
(changes for both Terra & TerraAqua)
