Added efficiency ratio for manufacturing: 2 supplies for every manufacturer will have an efficiency modifier of 1. More suppliers past that will increase it, less suppliers will decrease it.


Added carbon-copy activity of SupplyConvoy that can be activated by a haven mass manufacturing materiel instead of supplying.
