- Used the Complete Colors mod as example for how to correctly implement colors. Credits to Delincious.
- Reduced the costs of power station components (from 50% to 20%) to reduce the utility costs of ships and stations.

- Increased the fleet capacity bonuses for spaceport upgrades.
- Modified the mineral budgets for the AI to compensate for the increase in maximum storage capacity.
- Increased the influence budget for edicts and reduced the influence budget for fractions.
- Rebalanced some mineral budget related modifiers.
- Removed size multiplier / fleet capacity from military stations.
- Added energy maintenance budgets to give more room to military stations.

- Modified the default attack behavior to orbit from charge.
- Reduced the constructor multiplier for the AI to 0.25 from 0.5 per planet.
- Modified the ship behaviors so they orbit around the target based on ship size.
- Modified the static modifiers for spaceports so that spaceports are a challenge.

- Removed monster spawn events as I'm developing a much more extensive seperate mod for that.
- Restored the mineral budget so the Vanilla settings are maintained as much as possible.
- Removed planet budget factor modification.
- Increased possible constructors, science ships and colonizer for the AI.
- Made trade ships passive rather then evasive because of popup spam.

- Added repeatable techs because the AI would research them while higher tier tech was available.
- Doubled the monster respawn events.
- Modified the trade ship events to only move to planets that are controlled by a default AI, fallen empire or awakened fallen empire.

- Removed the maintenance modifiers for the trade ships because they show up at every game object.
- Influence budget rebalancing.
- Reduced the resources limit for the AI to build a station around a planet with resources.
- Also removed the build cost modifiers for the trade ships.
- Increased amount of ships the AI can build per week.
- Modified the Pirate respawn event to only trigger once a month. Will prevent immediate respawns of pirates, but they respawn fast enough to support any existing fleets in the system.
