Remove tech marine requirement from last map(it wasn't required before last update)

- Fix incorrect mission images
- Remove a place where aliens can't get to player on asi_sil1_laboratory
- Fix ubers being very big on asi_sil2. Also fixed aliens spawning inside the airlock room
