Not much really, cleaning up code a little.
Plague of frogs now less annoying (animation only, no sound)

Changed how costumes work. They will no longer be placed back on top when quitting / resuming or changing floors.

Only loss is that you can't see the costume when giving the item through the console.

Random values will now only be calculated when player has the collectible (luckily only the plague of hail was guilty of this)

Plague of hail also scales a bit better with luck now.
