The ten plagues of Egypt, all as their own items!

Costumes have been created by the brilliant electoon!

This does not replace anything.


Currently the plague of locusts has trouble spawning the locusts with items such as brimstone, Dr. Fetus and technology. I'll try and fix this eventually.

Alternately coloured costumes (eg. black, blue, green etc.) currently aren't functioning. (If someone knows how to fix this, please let me know!)

• The plague of blood gives a 3 HP up, but any soul heart or black heart drops will be replaced with red hearts.
  
  
• The plague of frogs allows the player to kill flies for a chance at regaining some health (but be warned, this will become less useful late-game!)
  
  
• The plague of lice allows the player to spawn spiders by getting near enemies.
  
  
• The plague of flies allows the player to unleash a swarm of flies by getting near enemies.
  
  
• The plague of murrain makes isaac diseased, any enemy that gets too close will be poisoned.
  
  
• The plague of boils gives isaac some horrible boils. If he gets hit, the boils will explode and hurt enemies around him.
  
  
• The plague of hail has lightning strike down against Isaac's enemies.
  
  
• The plague of locusts spawn locusts when you hit enemies.
  
  
• The plague of darkness gives the player curse of darkness, but will make enemies that get near you feel the darkness, and become terrified.
  
  
• Death of the Firstborn kills the closest non-boss enemy in a room that Isaac enters.

Plague of Blood, Plague of Frogs, Plague of Lice, Plague of Flies, Plague of Murrain, Plague of Boils.

Devil
Plague of Murrain, Plague of Boils, Plague of Darkness, Death of the Firstborn.

Angel
Plague of Blood, Plague of Frogs, Plague of Hail, Plague of Locusts.

Curse
Plague of Murrain, Death of the Firstborn.
