- made a minor change to hlm2_jacket_nz.lua because the old version broke nzombies voicelines for some people
- shortened the names of some wheel commands

nZombies Update

Remade the entire addon, changes include:

-429 Voicelines in total (used to be 56, however it's worth noting that some of these are just slight variations of other voicelines)
-new lines for almost every action
-doubled the amount of voice commands
-changed the name of the "Agree" voice command to "Understood"
-removed the "Congratulate" voice command (might add it back in later)
-replaced the generic spotting lines with something more fitting
-added new spotting lines for Manhacks and Civil Protection
-the voicelines that play when you fall below 30 health and the "need heals" voice command now use seperate lines
-compatibility with the nZombies Gamemode (WIP)

Added new voicelines to the following actions/states:

-spotting/killing players/generic enemies
-running out of ammo
-picking up a new weapon

Added voicelines for the following actions/states:

-Spawning
-killing something
-killing and spotting snipers
-spotting turrets
-running out of ammo (plays every time the player tries to shoot while he's out of ammo)
-reaching a certain amount of health
