VOX Voicelines for Jacket

Title says it all, this allows you to use Jackets Payday voicelines while playing as Jacket.

I'm not 100% happy with this yet, I'm probably going to add more voicelines later.

After almost 8 months I finally got off my lazy ass and finished this pack.

Features:

• 429 lines (some of them are only slight variations of other lines though)
  
• 16 wheel commands (including pager lines)
  
• lines for killing, spotting, spawning, falling under 30 HP and running out of ammo
  
• special lines for spotting CP-units, Manhacks, Scanners, Snipers, and Turrets
  
• nZombies-support

The voicelines are ripped from Payday 2 and are used without permission.
