- Added a new planet, Wet Tidally-Locked World!
- Added a full suite of Tidally-Locked World, including Gaia, Shroud, Aquatic, Necro etc. Terraforming is now a closed loop, Tidally Locked cannot become non Tidally-Locked.
- Tidally Locked, Karst and Superhabitables Worlds are now their own category, there will soon be a dry/wet/cold version of each.
- Fixed an issue with Progenitor Hives start on PD Planets
- Tweaked Update of new Rare World buildings
