trimmed down a few unnecessary mods to make the scenario easier to load and decrease overall game load on weaker systems

Rebalanced the mod package. Removed Azimuth thrusters and replaced with Industrial thrusters due to player preferences during in-game play. Added an additional pirate spawning mod to address player enthusiast concerns of existing pirates being to easy.
