This update adds:

A total of 37 new portraits.

Bug Fixes:

Buildings now spawn correctly on capital worlds.
Moons(Hopefully) no longer spawn inside gas giants.(If they do please let me know exactly which system and I'll fix
it)
Custom Nations now spawn correctly to their starting location.

Changed all Spawn systems to Gia worlds.
