Added dynamic grass

- Adjusted the positions of the new databank models
- Added some better lighting effects
- Took away some trees to leave space for ship building
- Added extra details to the environment, i.e Foliage, Lights, Effects etc.

Deep within the tombs of the island lies treasure that has been lost to the ages. But with the entrance blocked, you'll need to find another way in. Maybe a treasure map would help?
