Crew is faster to follow and teleport to player. Alot of code was changed so this is still WIP!

Updated mod to latest Starbound ver 1.3

NOTE: The Devs changed the way npc's behave so I can't modify there behavor anymore. The good news is thats all they broke in my mod, And the npc's behave in 1.3 realy simular to how I had them coded. So they still do not hover as much:)
