Changed damage to have higer explosive damage than base.

(Old damage is not too accurate. Forgot to take notes)
reduced base missile damage from 400dmg and 50ap - 25dmg and 10ap
Increased exlosive damage from 75dmg and 50ap to 230dmg and 40ap
