RC3

Changes to both Underground and Underworld:
* Updated nav, including fixed bomb drop locations - bomb will not be getting stuck on top of rocks anymore
* Tanks now explode after they successfully release the bomb
* Updated nobuild entities on rocks at the front of the map
* Added nobuild to the area under the walkway next to the mineshaft, as sentry busters cannot go into this area.
* The top of the central mine entrance next to the upgrade station is more walkable
* Fixed a couple displacements where you could get stuck
* Enabled radial fog on env_fog_controller and sky_camera entities
* Changed Render Mode to Color on func_respawnroomvisualizer entities
* The front upgrade station no longer fails to open when swapping missions mid-mission
* Added a glass window to the bomb hatch
* Moved func_respawnroom and func_respawnroomvisualizer closer to the main bot gate; Moved the caution tape underneath the gate
* It is no longer possible to achieve victory in a wave after a tank has deployed the bomb
* Fixed the scale of the func_respawnroomvisualizer texture for red spawn (only visible in spectator)
* Light blocker to reduce lighting on props at the front of the map
* Compiled with staticproplighting. Certain props have this disabled as a stylistic choice (example being the rocks at the front of the map)
Changes to Underworld:
* Removed Mothership sound from the skull

MVM Underworld has been updated to RC2 v2!

Mission Changes
- Changed the cooldown of the Sentry Busters from 30s to 45s.
- The Burning Demoknights gotten a few minor tweaks. (does more damage now.)
- Basically all robots have new spooky cosmetics including the Cabers using one of the new ones!
- Decreased starting cash from $5000 to $4800. Minorly decreased drops.
- Subwave 1: FAN Scouts are no longer restricted to use the main paths.
- Subwave 2: Should now be more connected with Subwave 1.
- Subwave 3: The small bots will flank a bit differently. Should also be better connected with Subwave 2.
- Subwave 4: Introduced the first major break point between Subwave 3 & 4. Allows you to re-take the front and upgrade.
- Subwave 4: There is now 2 Giant Medics per giant. Decreased amount of pairs from 3 to 2. Increased times taken to spawn.
- Subwave 5: Now spawns after everything in Subwave 4 is dead. (spawns basically instantly.)
- Subwave 6: Bowmen are no longer restricted to use the main paths.
- Subwave 7: Introduced the second and last major break point between Subwave 6 & 7. Allows you to re-take the front and upgrade.
- Subwave 7: Reverted the health changes to the final tank made in RC2. (now has 50K instead of 55K.)

MVM Underworld has been updated to RC2!

Changes include:

Map Changes
- Forced Halloween mode. (robots looked like humans to most before this)
- Minor lighting fixes.
- Fixed small texture misalignment.

Mission Changes
- Increased the starting cash from $4000 to $5000.
- Some of the subwaves will now flow quicker while still giving some break points.
- Increased and decreased the counts of a few robots.
- Changed the Giant Medics to the Regen type. (no pop.)
- The Fast Pusher Pyros are now no longer crit-boosted.
- Tweaked tank health.
- Tweaked spawn times.
- Lots of other minor changes.
