Fixed Panzerfusilier upgrade textNow Panzergrenadier and Stromtrooper G43 upgrade properly increase sight radius

To be consistant with the new update, Stormtroopers now have Panzergrenadier version of G43s and are able to upgrade outside the supplies.

- Bug fix.

- No longer consider Stormtrooper being able to upgrade both G43 and StG44 a *feature*. Now you can only choose one of them if using Elite Troops Doctrine.

- Various price tweak. Not particularly for balancing purpose but to give it a bit more consistency.
