Fixed capacity of CC Large Vault (will now hold all 500 items)

Added new converter bench which will turn crates back into their original resources

Added Black Pearl Crates

Added crating of element in crates of 100
Note... Element crates cannot be placed but can be unpacked with the new converter bench
this will allow cross ark transfer of element
