UPDATE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- The way that apply basic aim bonus for sniper rifle has changed.
- Now all Sniper rifle shots which costs 2 action point will get +25 aim bonus.
- Ability such as Deadeye, Sniper overwatch, Killzone will get bonus
- If Sharpshooter get Rupture from AWC, and use it with sniper rifle, he will not get a bonus since it costs single action.
