- Smaller Q icon
- ModSettings: "Current Map" option will be first instead of "default". This only works, if mod settings was not opened from game menu first.
- If buildings with a set quality gets destroyed and the "Auto rebuild" option is enabled, the desired quality will be reapplied to the replacement building

New version with new QualityBuilder icon that will indicate the desired quality for the building.
Fixed the Tooltip bug and added a rightclick feature for the 'Set Qualitybuilder' button in the Order - Architect menu.
Thanks to Steamuser WexMan there is a russion translation.
I also renewed almost the whole code which still was using the old 'Detour' mechanic.
