Made some changes to fix issues discovered by RectorRocks. It's no longer possible to get trapped in the funnel area, and I've made yet another workaround for an exploit :)

Changed the stairs to an angled panel to get rid of the annoying invisible collision that stops you from shooting portals, and also I made it so that Nock can't try to make things more frustrating than they need to be. The less frustration, the better! Nothing I can do about the center panel unfortunately.

Nock found another exploit! Fixed it by (unfortunately) not allowing re-tries. Plan first, act second!
