Partial Update; Major change to dusk and night edge coloration for clear and foggy weather. Each weather pattern is getting its own coloration flavor. I'm trying to make it subtle but dusk will be more blatent. This stuff is extremely hard to test and anticipate how people will like it so feedback is more than apppreciated!

Increased the improvement in light levels at night that both snow types bring. Before this patch snow was still the lightests nights, but now they should be more distinguishable as such.
